Process

1. Classification and purification

The raw materials are classified and purified to ensure the quality before mixing.

2. Mixing

The raw materials are added to the mixer and mixed together. Different colors have different schedules.

3. Forming and pressing

The mixture was poured into a mold and formed into a slab size, which was then pressed under vacuum and vibration conditions.

4. Heating

Unfinished slabs are moved to the kiln and heated to provide ultimate strength and robustness.

5. Polishing

The slab is then measured, calibrated and polished.

6. Quality control

The slab needs to pass the quality inspection before packaging and labeling.
