Cosmic Black Granite Vanity Tops Bathroom
Cosmic Black Granite is a black natural stone from Braizl with gold and white veins. The texture style of this natural granite is quite bold and domineering. The shape of the veins is a bit like a high-speed airflow, and also like clouds tumbling in the stormy night sky. The two colors of gold and white in the texture are matched with each other, which makes this stone have a sense of quality without being vulgar. Some of the grains on the granite slab are relatively thick, while others are relatively small. These patterns are randomly distributed on the black granite slab surface. On the whole, these veins seem to have no rules to follow, but they do not feel inconsistent at all. Moreover, it is precisely because of the style of this pattern that the overall granite slab looks very majestic and high-end.

Bathroom vanity top edge profile types
There is a large variety of edge finishes to be chosen when ordering a vanity top. Each option will give it a different look.
Straight edges are recommended for a modern style, while rounded or carved edges look more traditional.
Another option is having a mitered edge profile, like the project we did, which is a vertical piece attached under the countertop, in front of it and on the sides, when it does not touch any side wall.
It makes the vanitytop look more expensive, because it looks like the mitered edge profile height is the countertop thickness.
The vanitytop and the mitered edge profile should be cut at 45 degrees, fitting together seamlessly to give this effect.
If you are having an undermount or drop-in sink, the mitered edge profile may be necessary to hide the sink unfinished outside, if there is no under counter cabinet.
This solution is common for stone vanitytops, in order to save material, the stone is usually 4" or 6" mitered edge based on 2cm or 3cm thickness slabs.
