The Advantages And Disadvantages Of Natural Marble

Natural marble has compact structure, good compressive strength, natural texture, heavy texture, majestic, very small linear expansion coefficient, good rigidity, high hardness, strong wear resistance, low temperature deformation, and easy maintenance, long service life, no magnetization, no lag feeling, not affected by moisture. All kinds of public and high buildings are decorated with natural marble to improve the "grade".With the increasement of people's income level, in the house decoration, the use of natural stone also gets more and more popular.

Marble is suitable for hotel decoration, municipal engineering decoration, home decoration, because marble can be pocessed to be flooring tiles, bathroom vanitytops, wall tiles, tabletops, door cover, window sills, Roman column, stairs, handrail, carving, etc.

The advantages are summarized as follows:

4. The natural marble is heavy and also most of maximum blocks can not be longer than 300cm, so for the area which requires long pieces, then we need to joint it by 2 or 3 pcs.

5. In the splicing operation, artificial glue color can not be exactly the same as  natural stone, and its section is not uniform, so it is allowed to get a joint line;
